At ["FCE" FUN CHARTERS ENTERTAINMENT], we strive to provide exceptional service and memorable experiences for all our guests. Please read our refund policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions surrounding cancellations and refunds.

1. Captain's Authority to Cancel:The captain has the sole authority to cancel any charter for reasons related to weather, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances. If the captain cancels the charter for these reasons, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
2. No Refunds for Late Arrival:We ask that all guests arrive on time for their scheduled charter. No refunds will be issued if you arrive late, as we are unable to extend tour times due to scheduling constraints.
3. Breach of "Tour Terms" or Disrespectful Behavior:If any of the "Tour Terms" are violated, or if the captain's authority is disrespected or questioned in any way, the captain reserves the right to cancel the charter immediately. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. The captain’s decision is final in matters regarding the safety and enjoyment of all guests on board.
4. Joint Tour Exception:In the case of a joint tour (where multiple parties are involved), if the charter is canceled due to issues related to a separate party, a full refund will be issued to the affected party, provided no violations of the "Tour Terms" or disrespect of the captain's authority occurred on their end.
5. Weather-Related Cancellations:If the charter is canceled due to weather-related issues (such as storms, high winds, or other hazardous conditions), we will work with you to reschedule the tour at a time convenient for both parties, or you will receive a full refund.
